Several celebrities have responded to the new UN climate change deal, which was signed by the world’s nations last month.
One of the most outspoken against the United Nations plan to reduce global emissions is Cardi B, who called out the world leaders for their inability to get their act together and stop climate change. Cardi B's latest song, named 'Bodak Yellow', is a fiery protest song which questions the lack of progress made by world leaders in addressing climate change and the impact of climate change on the world.
Cardi B sent out a tweet Tuesday morning, in which she called on people to take action on climate change, before making the following statement on why she is so critical of the UN’s climate change plan.
“The more I hear, I don't want to use the words "hate," but the more I hear, the more I feel like being judged as a good person vs. being judged as an idiot for not listening,” Cardi B said. “I would rather be judged as a good person than being an idiot for not listening.”
The song titled “Bodak Yellow” was inspired by the song titled “In My Feelings,” released by Drake in 2017. The song's title was later stolen by Cardi B, who accused Drake of stealing her music.
The hip-hop star later apologized for the incident.

Critics say the deal is nothing more than an empty promise. They believe that world leaders, as well as other entities like the United Nations, have no intention of following through with the promises they made.
